We do not shipproducts to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, due to the size of our boxes.


Shipmentconfirmation and order tracking

For orders  processed in our warehouse, a tracking number will be generated as soon as thelabel is printed and the order status will be updated automatically as soon asthe carrier picks up the product.

 

For orders  processed by FBA, tracking numbers will only be sent after the carrier picks upthe product.


Customs, duties,and taxes

Extreme Simracing is not responsible for any customs and taxesapplied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are theresponsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

Extreme Simracingis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received  your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support teamdirectly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goodsbefore filing a claim.
